As seen on TechCrunch, BlackArrow.tv raised 20 million Dollars in venture capital from their existing stake holders.

to bring smokers once a week from EU-countries with very high cigaret prices (like UK) to countries with extrem low cigaret prices (like portugal).
The advantage for the "passenger" is simple: he will be able to day-trip and save money in spite of everything!
